“I had been struggling to get an appointment for my son to go to the GP. I think he has some behaviour needs and I wanted to have this looked in to. HSO helped with me securing a GP appointment and worked with me and the school by writing a letter with information about how my son is at home and school and the challenges he faces. We got the appointment and are now waiting for further assessments so we can start to find out what his needs are.”
